Terms of Service
The basic terms that govern use of MyBusinessPhone.Site and its business calling features.
Using the service
You may use MyBusinessPhone.Site for lawful business communications and must keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for the business information, destinations, greetings, receptionist knowledge, and workflows configured in your workspace.
Phone numbers and routing
Number availability, porting, caller ID, carrier behavior, emergency-calling capability, and telecommunications features can depend on underlying carriers and regulatory requirements. Do not use MyBusinessPhone as a substitute for emergency services.
Smart Receptionist
Automated receptionist responses can make mistakes. Businesses are responsible for reviewing configured knowledge and for deciding which actions may be automated. The service must not be configured to invent commitments, appointments, prices, professional advice, or unauthorized transfer destinations.
Subscriptions and usage
Recurring plan charges and any applicable usage charges are presented through the account and checkout experience. Usage-based charges may vary with actual calling and enabled services. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the applicable billing cycle; charges already incurred remain payable.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful robocalling, fraud, harassment, impersonation, deceptive caller-ID practices, unauthorized access, or communications that violate applicable law or carrier rules.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but telephony and internet services can experience interruptions caused by carriers, networks, maintenance, third-party providers, or events outside our control.
Changes
Features and these terms may be updated as the product changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
